TO THOSE WHO MANAGE
To some, I have given the gift of administration. They are able to see the overall community and organize the needs and fit them into place. They are able to visualize the goal and find the most efficient way to obtain it. By drawing out the skills and gifts of the workers, managers have the ability to bring the leadership visions together with the needs of the people.
Remember, your faithfulness has already been tested when I plug you into your long awaited position. You may lack confidence and consider the job too big but as you resist leaning upon your own understanding, and instead commit your way to Me, I will direct you. Always work to please Me and let Me establish you with favor. To seek the favor of men over My approval, is a recipe for misery.

Now, a person who is put in charge as a manager must be faithful. What about me? Have I been faithful? Well, it matters very little what you or anyone else thinks. I don’t even trust my own judgment on this point. My conscience is clear, but that isn’t what matters. It is the Lord himself who will examine me and decide.
