THE TRUE FRUIT OF MY LOVE
When you give your time, are you listening and responding with your heart, or are you doing your duty? Is love what you do, or is it who you are inside?
Innocent trust and love are fragile, and once broken, hearts become layered for self protection. Those who are layered over with thick skin are covered with scars from having had their trust betrayed. They are unable to feel the passions of My love. They are unable to feel My Presence. I have been peeling the layers of hard hearts year after year. Much progress has taken place as I AM changing hearts to know the true fruit of My love.
Yes I too AM betrayed every day. But I listen intently with My heart. I look beyond the fault and see the need. I hear the truest heart cries and longings. I AM passionately involved. It floods Me with years of longsuffering as I bring My children out of the vices of death and into the abundant life I have promised them. My love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. My love never fails.
Beloved, I want to move you. Trust My infinite love for you, so that you may feel once again.
1 Cor 13:4-8 AMP
Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. 5 It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. 6 It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. 7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. 8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end].

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
