I TAKE PLEASURE IN SURROUNDING YOU WITH MY SHIELD
I bless My own who walk in righteousness! I take delight and pleasure in surrounding them with My prickly shield. Just like a cactus protects itself with sharp barbs, My shield is such to those who would dare to touch My own. Do not touch Mine anointed lest you feel its piercing barbs that penetrate and torment you. My own trust Me and do not retaliate, for they know vengeance is Mine says the Lord. They simply have found their hiding place in Me and I alone have become their hedge. Their life is hidden inside of Me and I have become their safely shielded dwelling place and their defense.
Psalm 5:11-12 But let all those that put their trust in you rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because you defend them: let them also that love your name be joyful in you. 12 For you, LORD, will bless the righteous; with favor will you surround him with a shield.
