FRONT BURNER, BACK BURNER
To everything in your life, there is a season. There are seasons when I place you on the front lines to break ground for others. That is a time of pressing through great resistance, where you fight to make a way for your loved ones and others who are following the same path. Through that time you are like a spy gathering knowledge and experience of what to avoid, what works and what does not. You gather the plunder of the enemy camp and store it for future building.
And then in the right time, I move you off the front lines into a support role for another to build what you conquered. Dear faithful one, it is in that place that you will be most affective. If you would consider your time on the front lines as a training ground of wisdom, experience, equipping and as a tool, you will see that I have prepared you and created the wealth inside of you to build. However you will soon understand that the deposit I have placed inside of you is to pass onto others who will be the hands and the feet. You have more to give than what you can build yourself. Simply pass on the tools inside of you, and let another build in your stead. Yes, as I have told you in the past, it is that word delegate. As you freely pour out all that I have equipped inside of you, you will take the greater place, as that of My servant in humility, serving and lifting others up into the place you prepared. Be gracious as I move you into place and release all concerns. Trust Me now to build what I have promised.
1 Chron 17:4-6, 11 NKJV
“Go and tell My servant David, ‘Thus says the LORD”You shall not build Me a house to dwell in. For I have not dwelt in a house since the time that I brought up Israel, even to this day, but have gone from tent to tent, and from one tabernacle to another…I will set up your seed after you, who will be of your sons; and I will establish his kingdom.

So all the work that King Solomon had done for the house of the LORD was finished; and Solomon brought in the things which his father David had dedicatedthe silver and the gold and the furnishings. He put them in the treasuries of the house of the LORD.
