DIS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM WORK

DIS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM WORK

I give a portion of My grace to every person to accept responsibility and become accountable to positions assigned to them.  The grace to produce is directly related to their maturation level.  A 2 year old does not wash the china dishes, and a teenager does not wear diapers.  Understand that every person has their own blooming season and to force such will make that season weak and unhealthy.

When you are placed in a team that is dysfunctional, you will feel others are irritated at you for continuing to hold them accountable.  The truth is that you won’t like yourself very much either.  That is why I AM rescuing you from this role.

Release your begging, nagging, knocking, control and let Me find ways to reach those who have not listened. Dear hearts, if you stuff your feelings while silently watching others not fulfill their commitments, then it mushrooms into a smoldering volcano. If you nag too long, it produces deaf ears.

Both choices place you outside the proper boundaries of who I want you to be as a person.  Where you spend so much effort with so little results, release them to choose their own standards and let them follow through with their priorities until accomplished.  If your choice to release them results in the loss of a team, then let it be and move on so I can place you where you will prosper.

Prov 27:15-17  NKJV

A continual dripping on a very rainy day and a contentious woman are alike; Whoever restrains her restrains the wind, and grasps oil with his right hand. As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
