DELEGATING BRINGS PROMOTION
You are not able to handle any more load until you let go and delegate some of what you carry. You are destined for promotion, but you need separation from it in order to go there. It may take 3 people to do what you were doing as one, but this is a blessing. I have many workers prepared and waiting on the sidelines, sitting on shelves waiting for their place, their niche to serve. They are not able to move in, until you move on and let go. You are needed to help facilitate them, guide them and grant them the wisdom of your experience, but they will not receive their promotion until you delegate to them their destiny. It is the same for you. You will not come into yours until you delegate what you can no longer carry. This is My way, it is a good gift to all.
1 Chron 28:20-21 NKJV
And David said to his son Solomon,”Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD God — my God — will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD. 21 Here are the divisions of the priests and the Levites for all the service of the house of God; and every willing craftsman will be with you for all manner of workmanship, for every kind of service; also the leaders and all the people will be completely at your command.”
