THE POWERS THAT BE
Yes sometimes the powers that be appear vast and massive. They are there all the time, even as I promised that I have prepared a table for you in the midst of your enemies. They are not focusing on you, but wanting to hear what I say to you. I have given you room enough to accomplish My calling upon your life. Stay unencumbered in your focus and remain faithful.
Eph 3:10 AMP
[The purpose is] that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere.
Ps 23:4-5 NKJV
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.

For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.
